Who we are
Framewrk (“we”, “us”) designs, builds and hosts websites for small businesses. This policy covers helloframewrk.com and the enquiries you send us through it.
If you contacted a business through a website we built for them, that business's own privacy policy applies. We host their site and pass your message on to them.
What we collect
- What you send us. Your name, the phone number or email address you give, your business website if you add it, and your message.
- When and how you sent it. The time, the page you sent it from, your IP address and your browser type. We use these to protect the form from spam and abuse.
- Basic technical data. Like every website, our host records requests to the site to keep it secure and running.
We don't use analytics or advertising cookies.
How we use it
- To reply to your enquiry and arrange your intro call.
- To talk about, and keep a record of, any work that follows.
- To protect the site from spam and abuse.
We reply ourselves, by email, phone or text, using the details you give us. We don't sell your information, and we don't use it for advertising.
Who handles it for us
We use a few service providers, who process your information only to provide their service to us:
- Hostinger hosts this website and stores the messages sent through it.
- Resend delivers each message to us by email, and Twilio by text message.
- Cloudflare runs the security check on the form, when it's shown, to tell people from bots.
Some of these providers may process information outside your country, with appropriate safeguards.
How long we keep it
We keep your details for as long as we need them to deal with your enquiry and any work that follows, and for our business records. Ask us and we'll delete them sooner, unless the law requires us to keep them.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it. Depending on where you live, you may have further rights, such as objecting to how we use your information or complaining to your data protection authority.
To make a request, send the form on our home page with “Privacy request” in your message.
Keeping it safe
The site uses an encrypted connection, and messages sent through the form are stored outside the public part of our server, where only we can reach them. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect what you send us.
Children
This site isn't meant for children under 16, and we don't knowingly collect their information.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we'll update it here and change the date at the top.
