The site gives general information about our services. We work to keep it accurate and available, but we can't promise it will always be complete, up to date or uninterrupted.
Our services and prices
Our website service costs $99 a month, or $999 a year paid upfront. Prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD).
The website subscription
- No long-term contract. You pay your first month's $99 when you sign up. Your monthly billing starts on the day we deliver your site, and after your first month you can cancel at any time.
- Refunds. Once we've built your site, the first month's payment isn't refundable.
- Cancelling. If you cancel, billing stops and we take your site down within 24 hours. We keep a copy of it for 30 days, so if you resubscribe in that time, we can put it back online. After 30 days, the copy is deleted. On the yearly plan, the terms below apply instead.
- Yearly plan. The yearly plan is $999, paid upfront for the year. Your yearly billing cycle starts on the day we deliver your site. If you cancel within the first 3 months, we keep $297 (3 months at $99) and refund the remaining $702. After the first 3 months, the rest of the yearly billing cycle isn't refundable. If you cancel then, you can either keep your site live, with changes included, until the end of the billing cycle, or have us take it down sooner. Either way, the $999 isn't refunded.
- Delivery. We deliver your site within 72 hours, unless there are changes to make first.
- Changes. Edits to the pages you already have are included, as often as you need them. Adding a new page doesn't count as a change.
- Domain names. A domain name isn't included in the price. You pay for your own domain.
- Ownership and hosting. Framewrk owns the website, meaning its design and code, and hosts it on its own servers as part of your subscription. You don't get access to the server or the site's files. A domain you already own stays yours, and so does the content you give us, such as your logo, photos and text.

When you send the contact form, we'll reply by email, phone or text, using the details you give us. How we handle them is set out in our Privacy Policy.
Our content
The text, design, graphics and code on this site belong to Framewrk, or are used with permission. Please don't copy or reuse them without our written permission.
Links to other sites
Links to other websites are there for convenience. We aren't responsible for their content.
Liability
As far as the law allows, we aren't liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this site. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that can't be limited by law.
Changes
We may update these terms. The latest version is always on this page, with the date at the top.
